Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) released a video criticizing the mainstream media for allegedly attempting to conceal Vice President Kamala Harris' liberal record.
“Kamala’s vision will be the end of America and the American Dream as we know it,” Tuberville stated.
In his remarks, Tuberville accused the media of being biased: “If you don’t know by now, the mainstream media is the enemy of the people. The corrupt media is comprised of radical, liberal operatives disguised as journalists, and they are colluding with the Democrats to try and influence this election any way they can.”
He further claimed that the media is misrepresenting Harris' political stance: “The media is now trying to rewrite history to make it seem like she is a moderate, but she has a twenty-year record of being more liberal than Bernie Sanders.”
Tuberville criticized Harris' handling of immigration since being appointed 'Border Czar' in 2021: “Since she was crowned ‘Border Czar’ in 2021, she has let more than 10 million illegal immigrants invade our country, including murderers, terrorists, rapists, and drug dealers. The media wants to act like this wasn’t her fault, but she has a long record of being soft on the border and soft on crime. She said in 2019 that she wants to decriminalize border crossings. She said she wants to ‘reimagine public safety’ and supports defunding the police. She wants to abolish ICE, and she wants to give ‘free’ healthcare to illegal immigrants."
Concluding his statements, Tuberville emphasized his view on current national challenges: "Here’s the truth. Our country is suffering. We need a leader that can save us. A leader that is going to heal America, not harm America. I have faith that Americans will make the right choice, despite the media’s best efforts to hide the truth about Kamala Harris.”
Senator Tommy Tuberville represents Alabama in the United States Senate and serves on the Senate Armed Services, Agriculture, Veterans’ Affairs, and HELP Committees.
