Mobile County Health Department reports 13,309 COVID-19 cases, an increase of 41 cases.
Many of you have asked when the City of Mobile recycling centers will open again. For those who aren't aware, our recycling centers are currently closed because the center where we take our recycling is located in Pensacola and was heavily damaged during Hurricane Sally. Currently this center is projected to open in mid - late October. We are monitoring closely for more specific updates.
In the meantime, those of you driving around with full recycling bins can drop off at the Mobile County Recycling Center.
This is the LAST WEEK to fill out the US Census. The Census is critical to our community and provides essential federal funding that impacts every single one of us. If you have already filled out the Census yourself, we need your help reminding your friends, family, and coworkers.
