U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville has nominated 57 students from Alabama to various U.S. service academies, including the U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and U.S. Naval Academy for the class of 2029. This marks his fourth set of nominations since taking office.

Tuberville expressed pride in the nominees, stating, "Our young people are the number one commodity we have in this country, and Alabama is home to the best and brightest." He added, "I’m proud to represent a state with so many patriotic young leaders who want to serve in our nation’s military."

Earlier this year, Tuberville was appointed as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Personnel for the Senate Armed Services Committee, where he plays a role in enhancing military recruitment and retention.

The full list of nominees can be accessed through official channels.

Senator Tuberville serves Alabama in the United States Senate and is involved with several committees including Armed Services, Agriculture, Veterans’ Affairs, HELP (Health, Education, Labor & Pensions), and Aging.
