Senator Tuberville highlighted the significance of his proposed legislation, the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act and the Protection of Women in Olympic and Amateur Sports Act, aimed at preventing biological males from competing in female sports.

During the interview, Senator Tuberville emphasized the detrimental impact of allowing biological males to participate in women's sports, stating, "This is an attack on women, and it’s an attack on sports and Title IX." He expressed concern over the potential loss of Title IX and the progress made in women's sports over the past 50 years.

Steele also weighed in on the issue, noting the alarming trend of biological males taking trophies away from women in sports competitions. She highlighted the need for action to address this issue, stating, "Fine, we can ask why – what are we going to do about it?"
