Graduates earn 310 degrees, certificates from Spring Hill College

About 26.4 percent of the 310 degrees and certificates handed out by Spring Hill College in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Mobile conferred 74 bachelor's degrees and 7 certificates in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business administration and management. Data shows the school gave out 73 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management, followed by 31 bachelor's degrees in general psychology and 22 bachelor's degrees in general biology/biological sciences.

The college enrolled 1,379 students for 2017-18, including 1,254 in undergraduate programs and 125 in graduate programs.
