Kennedy Jr.'s nomination as Secretary of Health and Human Services, highlighting his contributions to health policy through the Make America Healthy Again movement. The senator also endorsed Kash Patel for FBI Director, citing his experience in national security roles and his commitment to restoring trust in the agency. Tuberville criticized past leadership at the FBI and emphasized Patel's ability to bring truth and transparency back to the bureau.

For Tulsi Gabbard's nomination as Director of National Intelligence, Tuberville lauded her military service and congressional experience. He argued that Gabbard would bring a fresh perspective to intelligence operations while protecting constitutional rights.
