Today, U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville from Alabama met with Kelly Loeffler, President Trump's nominee for the position of Small Business Administrator. The meeting focused on the challenges faced by small businesses following what Tuberville described as "four years of crushing regulations under the Biden administration."

During the meeting, Tuberville expressed his support for Loeffler's nomination, stating, “It was great to meet with my friend, Kelly Loeffler, the former Senator from the great state of Georgia. I feel great about her being the next Small Business Administrator in President Trump’s cabinet. She’s a great pick. She understands leadership and her role of helping our small businesses because they are the backbone of our country. We’re looking forward to getting her confirmed so she can get started on getting our economy back on track.”

Senator Tuberville serves Alabama in the United States Senate and is involved in several committees including Armed Services, Agriculture, Veterans’ Affairs, HELP (Health, Education, Labor and Pensions), and Aging.
