He will continue his roles on the Senate Armed Services Committee, Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry, Senate Committee on Veterans’ Affairs, and Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee. Additionally, he will join the Senate Special Committee on Aging.

He emphasized his commitment to holding the Biden administration accountable and showing leadership by delivering tax cuts and supporting border security efforts.

The Senate Armed Services Committee oversees aeronautical and space activities related to military operations and development of weapons systems. The Department of Defense falls under its jurisdiction.

The Senate Committee on Agriculture deals with agricultural economics, research, production, forestry, and forest reserves.

The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee covers health legislation and agencies like HHS including FDA and CDC.

The newly joined Senate Special Committee on Aging addresses issues concerning older Americans through study and oversight but lacks legislative authority.

Senator Tuberville continues to represent Alabama in these significant capacities within the United States Senate.
