U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) appeared on Fox Business Network's "The Evening Edit" to discuss the International Criminal Court (ICC)’s request for a warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The full interview is available on YouTube and Rumble.

During the interview, host David Asman asked Tuberville about the perceived "moral equivalence" between a terrorist organization responsible for the October 7th massacre and Israel, a democratic ally in the Middle East.

Tuberville responded, “Yeah, double standard all the way. I think everybody can read through this. We saw this coming. I think everybody on the Hill saw this coming. Nothing’s gonna happen from it. Netanyahu—they’re at war over there, he was attacked. He’s fighting back."

He further suggested that the Biden administration might be influencing these developments behind the scenes due to its stance on Israel and Hamas in Palestine.

Asman noted Jack Smith's involvement with both the ICC and his current role as a prosecutor targeting former President Donald Trump. He expressed concerns about global bureaucratic institutions like the ICC seeking control over various aspects of sovereignty, including climate and tax policies.

Tuberville added, “And don’t forget about the WHO. They want to control all of our health problems.” He criticized these organizations as "globalists" aiming for a one-world government with support from the Biden administration.

Asman acknowledged that while the Biden administration condemned the ICC decision and affirmed support for allies, he pointed out inconsistencies such as refusing arms shipments to Israel shortly after making an ironclad promise of support.

In closing remarks, Asman asked Tuberville about recent condolences sent by U.S. officials to Iran following an incident involving an Iranian leader referred to as “the Butcher of Tehran.”

Tuberville remarked, “‘Butcher of Tehran.’ It’s just amazing how people come up with this... These people kill other people... They wipe out their enemies.”

Senator Tommy Tuberville represents Alabama in the United States Senate and serves on several committees including Armed Services, Agriculture, Veterans’ Affairs, and HELP Committees.
