The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Jerry Lee Carl Jr., Jerry Carl for Congress, refunded $2,900 to Alan Franco on March 23, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Jerry Carl for Congress has refunded $12,325 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
