Cost of college went up for all students at Remington College-Mobile Campus

Tuition and fees rose 4.2 percent for 2018-19 at Remington College-Mobile Campus, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Alabama students paid $15,700 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $631 more than the $15,069 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 94 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 92 students received grants or scholarships totaling $394,669 and 83 students took out student loans totaling more than $598,885.

Including all undergraduates (313), 290 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.1 million, and 271 students took out $1.7 million in federal student loans.
