Second round play begins Monday at the same time and format, while the final round will use an 8:15 a.m. (CT) shotgun start on Tuesday. Live scoring for each round can be accessed through USAJaguars.com.

Fifteen teams are participating in this year’s event, including South Alabama and host Tennessee. Other teams in the field are Campbell, Charlotte, Chattanooga, East Tennessee State, FIU, Jacksonville State, Memphis, Mercer, Middle Tennessee, Oregon State, Penn State, TCU and Western Kentucky. Three individual competitors—one each from Tennessee, TCU and Penn State—will also take part.

South Alabama’s lineup for the opening round features Anna Behnsen (10 Tee), Mercedes Aldana (10 Tee), Daniela Palmeros (10 Tee), Katharina Schroll (10 Tee) and McKenna Murphy (10 Tee). The Jaguars will be paired with Campbell and East Tennessee State for their first round on Monday with an expected tee time of approximately 9:45 a.m. (CT).

Anna Behnsen comes into the tournament after her first career win at the Inverness Intercollegiate where she shot a four-under par total of 209 across three rounds. She recorded twelve birdies during that event and leads South Alabama in birdies this season with nineteen through two tournaments.

Katharina Schroll has achieved eight Top 10 finishes and five rounds under seventy during her time with South Alabama; she has accumulated one hundred five birdies in twelve career events. Mercedes Aldana has finished inside the Top 10 five times for South Alabama and has seventy-eight career birdies—including fifteen this season.

As a team this fall season so far, South Alabama has made sixty-six birdies across six rounds of play. They have already competed against three other teams present in this field: Mercer, Middle Tennessee and TCU.
