South Alabama men’s golf will host its third tournament of the 2025-26 season in the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate, scheduled for March 30-31 at Magnolia Grove Golf Club.
The event brings together teams from nine conferences, with a total of fifteen teams set to compete. The tournament will begin Monday morning with a shotgun start for the first 36 holes and conclude Tuesday with an additional 18 holes.
According to information released by South Alabama, participating teams include South Alabama, Alabama, Louisiana State University (LSU), Texas State, Marshall, Loyola Chicago, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), Houston Christian, Kansas State, Delaware, Central Florida, Valparaiso, Samford and Nicholls State. The course is set as par 71 over a distance of 7,158 yards.
The Jaguar lineup features Tim Kretschmann from Germany; Hugo Thyr from Sweden; Samir Davidov from Virginia; Josh Hill from Northern Ireland; and Filip Svendsen from Norway. Two players—Cole Haygood and Mason Crowder—will compete individually.
