South Alabama Jaguars women’s soccer team will host Tennessee Tech in their home opener on Saturday at 11 a.m. at The Cage in Mobile, Alabama.
The Jaguars hold a 2-0-1 record against the Golden Eagles, with their most recent meeting ending in a 3-2 win for South Alabama on September 8, 2024.
In their previous match, South Alabama lost to LSU. The team’s defense kept the game scoreless until the 73rd minute. Goalkeeper Jaidin Kinch made three saves during her 61 minutes on the field.
Tennessee Tech enters the match following a 2-0 defeat to Lipscomb on August 14. Their goalkeeper, Maggie Conrad, recorded four saves in that game.
