South Alabama’s men’s tennis team will travel to Virginia for two matches after a period of inactivity caused by postponed games. The Jaguars are scheduled to play James Madison on Friday, Feb. 13 in Harrisonburg, and Old Dominion on Sunday, Feb. 15 in Norfolk.
Currently, South Alabama holds a 2-2 record for the season, alternating between wins and losses. Both upcoming opponents, James Madison and Old Dominion, are part of the Sun Belt Conference. However, these matches will be classified as nonconference contests since the Sun Belt is not conducting a regular conference schedule in 2026.
Head coach Nick Brochu is approaching a career milestone with South Alabama, needing one more win to reach his 250th victory with the program.
In past meetings between the teams, South Alabama has won both previous encounters against James Madison. Against Old Dominion, however, the Jaguars trail in the series with four wins to Old Dominion’s seven.
Fans can follow live statistics for both matches through Statbroadcast and watch Sunday’s match against Old Dominion via Track Tennis. Additional updates and coverage are available through South Alabama’s social media channels or at usajaguars.com.
