South Alabama Athletics announced on March 13 that it has released ticket information for a potential National Invitation Tournament (NIT) home game at the Mitchell Center.

The announcement is important for Jaguars men’s basketball fans who may want to attend a postseason game if South Alabama is selected to host in the NIT. The tournament will reveal its 32-team field on Sunday evening at 8:30 p.m. Central Time through its social media channels.

If South Alabama is chosen to host a first-round matchup, season ticket holders will be given priority access to purchase their seats. According to the athletics department, these ticket holders will receive an email after the selection announcement with instructions on how to secure their locations. They must claim their seats by 5 p.m. Central Time on Monday, March 16.

Any season ticket locations not claimed by the deadline will then become available for sale to the general public. Fans seeking more information are encouraged to contact the South Alabama Athletics Ticket Office or visit USAJaguars.com.

The process aims to ensure that loyal supporters have early access while also providing opportunities for other fans should tickets remain unclaimed.
