Rycca Hinton, former Faith Academy softball player will compete with her collegiate team for the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

Former Faith Academy standout and current Spring Hill Badgers player, Rycca Hinton will compete in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

They begin the tournament as a number eight seed against the first seeded Tampa Spartans.

The first game is on Thursday, May 8 at 12 p.m.

South Alabama Jaguars women’s soccer team will play against James Madison University on Friday at Sentara Park in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

South Alabama’s cross country teams will compete at the Crimson Classic, hosted by the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
