On Sunday, June 1, former Saraland High School standout Ben Riley Flowers’ current collegiate team the Southern Miss Golden Eagles won 8-1 against the Columbia Lions in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park at 2:05 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Columbia Lions in the tournament.

The Southern Miss Golden Eagles’ next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 7 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park.
