On Saturday, May 31, former Saraland High School standout Ben Riley Flowers’ current collegiate team the Southern Miss Golden Eagles won 6-5 against the Alabama Crimson Tide in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park at 2:05 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Alabama Crimson Tide in the tournament.

The Southern Miss Golden Eagles’ next game will take place on Sunday, June 1 at 2:05 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park.
