South Alabama men’s basketball guard Chaze Harris participated in the NABC-Reese’s Division I College All-Star Game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on April 3, where he contributed across several statistical categories.
Harris recorded eight points, five rebounds, five assists, and two steals during the game. He played alongside top senior players from across Division I basketball. A notable moment for Harris included a coast-to-coast play in which he spun past defenders and assisted a teammate for a dunk.
As the only player selected from the Sun Belt Conference, Harris represented South Alabama on one of college basketball’s major postseason stages. His performance demonstrated his versatility and ability to contribute in multiple areas of the game.
This appearance follows a standout season for Harris. He averaged 18.9 points per game—leading the league—and added 4.7 assists per contest while ranking among conference leaders in steals. Over the season, he posted double-figure scoring efforts in 29 games, reached or surpassed 20 points twelve times, and had three games with at least 30 points. These achievements earned him Sun Belt Player of the Year honors.
